Pattern Energy Group interview questions

I was referred by an agency and they already knew my qualifications. This was more a getting to know you interview and it was friendly and informative. I spoke with 2 members of the team and I felt it was a positive experience.

Recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn about the open position and conducted an initial phone screening before setting up a 1st round face to face interview with the hiring manager. I was asked to return for a second face to face interview to meet with other managers. I passed with flying colors and was scheduled for a third and final interview with a member of the upper management. The different rounds of interviews were seamlessly scheduled and executed and recruiter was very prompt with status updates. A very positive experience overall as long as you can handle the tough interview questions.
