Interview
Applied for a Midland Tx position, but only spoke with HR from a Houston area code. First call lasted less than a minute when I asked a question about the position and was told she'd have to ask someone and call me back. Didn't get another call for over a week, and she clearly didn't remember having called me the first time. At this point she informed me I was being interviewed for a different position than the one I had applied to. While she was scheduling me for the next round of interviews (in person at facility) I asked another very basic question she was unable to answer and was again told that she'd look into it and call me back. She didn't call back, and I didn't receive confirmation for the next interview, a time, nor a location. Midland division needs to take a better role in the hiring process.
