I too sent my resume. I did not get a phone interview. I was told to show up at job fair. Interview was pretty typical and was told they would know friday as to who they planned on hiring. I have 7 plus csr experience... felt as tho i was being let down gently. The interviewer was brief almost as tho he didnt want to interview. I asked the majority of the questions.
