1) Recruiter contacted me. Spoke about the role. Set up video/technical interview w/ Director of Development and Manager.

Question 1
Asked standard questions about who I was, what I've done, what I know, and what I'm working on.
What's a RESTful API?
Spring experience?
What do you do outside work hours in regards to coding/learning?
Then they asked a pretty straightforward technical question and asked me to solve it. Similar to checking if a string is a palindrome but not quite.
Overall, it was a pleasant interview experience and I applaud the interviewers and recruiters throughout the entire process. They weren't willing to budge on their initial offer and that was a little too low for me given my experience so I declined. Nothing against the company though!
