My process started after my referral is submitted. A week later I received a take-home challenge. I completed the challenge by building a predictive model for the extras section. Three days later my recruiter reached out and wanted a presentation (probably forget in the first email). I also did that on the same day. No response for a week. I emailed her. She said the results should be coming in 3 business days. I waited an additional 6 business days and emailed again. Then she said they didn't want to continue with me. In the take-home challenge they sent, the main predictor that I am asked to build the predictive model around wasn't in the dataset. I checked the source and joined other data that had that field. In the meantime, I asked the recruiter what to do and let her know about the steps I took. She said "Note taken" and didn't offer any further instructions or connecting me with the team.
