I applied on linkedin for the position and I did the initial phone screen. It was short and to the point and the recruiter told me that it is only 2 phone screens. I spoke with two managers and then was told I needed one more final interview. I thought all of them went exceptionally well and I was waiting to hear back from the recruiter. Days go by and I decided to reach out. She wrote back to me after another attempt to tell me that they decided to hire someone else. When you are at the final stages of the process, it would have been nice to get more of a personal touch and an explanation as to why you were not hired.

Interview
Series of calls with a managers and a leader from the organization. Mostly conversational with some scenario questions. Really pleasant process compared to a number of the interviews I've been through recently. Not difficult, but focused on ensuring a good fit.
