Within 1.5 week I had interviews with HR, the Hiring Manager, 2 Teammates, and 3 Sales Managers. 7 people over 6 calls. The quick response times from the HR coordinator made this process incredibly smooth despite the high number of interviews. Within less than a month I applied, got the interviews and the hiring decision. It was fast. The extremely slow part was working through the background check. University, ex employers, credit checks all took time to respond and the offer is conditional on the background check, which was very stressful. It took another month with frequent chasing until I got cleared and could formally resign from my previous employer.
