Interview
The main interview was very long, around an hour an a half. the main interview is divided in 3 step, firts 30 minutes a chat with your posibles teamleaders, after that pshycho questions with HR 30 minutes more, and last 30 minutes is a roleplay for test your capacity (try to answer carefully, mind your manners), focus on customers. Before the main interview you will get a bot interview, 10 questions where (in few of then)you have to record yourself in a 2min videos answering correctly, you have 2/3 times to record again but for me is unnecessarily stressful. After all this time, aroun a month and a half,you will wait 2 weeks for an answer.I got the job and acept it because for covid my former job was on furlough but the truth is that the position was very different from what they promised in the interview. I should have waited for a new opportunity.
