Applied online. Received an email inviting me to take the first step - an online HackerRank coding assessment. The HackerRank assessment was 60 minutes with 3 questions, and it was very difficult. I was unable to solve any of the problems before running out of time. I found it extremely stressful and upsetting to see the opportunity slip away as I failed that coding assessment. As a new grad looking for an entry level position, that OA was way too difficult (even after a lot of studying).
