I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2024

Interview

Online assessment, phone interview, technical interview, and final technical interview. The process isn't particularly hard I think both technical questions were leetcode easy problems, however the second interviewer I had was completely disinterested in me and I felt no way to connect, he did not want to be there.

One of the interviewers was very disrespectful at the career fairs and she was unwilling to answer any questions or treat those with curtesy. She often swatted people away as there was no one in line for her compared to the other two people representing Paycom. Their interview was fairly simple in hackerrank.
