I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Paycom
Interview
Too much on their high horse - ask about previous leadership experience in college (i.e. sororities/fraternities), when you have been out of college 6-8 years. Too worried about the old - less focused on business accomplishments and goals. For an entry level position, they want you to have experience already in the entire sales cycle, yet claim it is entry level and they will train.

Only talked to recruiter, nice and asked about current role. Says they work 3 days a week in office one of them being fridays and that you do cold calls mostly
Simple conversational, a few basic questions. Come ready with sales figures, their team embraces a "hustler" mentality, slightly old school. Be able to speak to experience and the product itself.
