Interview
The interview process starts by receiving an email about the position you applied for and when a best time is for you to do a phone interview with your recruiter. After that if you meet the qualifications you move on to a zoom or in-person interview with a Team Lead and Supervisor from your department you applied. Once that is finished it takes about a day to get your initial offer call if you passed the interview. From there you do your background, drug screen, and reference list and this whole process takes about two weeks then of all conditions are met you will receive your final offer call. It took right at three and half weeks from my first interview to the day received my final offer and start day.

My position I interviewed for will have some client facing time with its tasks. So the main question I got asked was customer based, like how did you handle a time when…? Also questions that wanted more in-depth discussion about my time management skills and how you go about setting up a plan to meet a goal time and how to adjust the plan for unexpected events.
