I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom in Dec 2021
Interview
The entire process was subpar. I had a Recruiter reach out to me via LinkedIn, and we proceeded to set up an appointment and there were was some miscommunication on my part which led us to having to reschedule the meeting for another week, which rescheduling with the Recruiter was just a whole process in itself. Once we finally got connected I felt as if the Recruiter was not really there during the interview and was just doing the interview as more part of the process instead of actually speaking and listening to me. Spoke about the process and type of positions would be recruiting for and ultimately felt like my experience was in line with what the role required but never heard back even a rejection email or message would have been fine.
Our team is committed to providing consistent communication and guidance throughout the interview process. We’d like the opportunity to gather more information about your experience. Please reach out to us at feedback@paycomonline.com and we’ll have someone follow up regarding your interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom
Interview
It is a quick interview process. I had one phone call and two interviews with the team. They let me know my results quickly and was sent an email. Would recommend.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom (Grapevine, TX) in Feb 2022
Interview
The interview process at Paycom was efficient but thorough. I applied through their website for the Recruiter position on a Friday afternoon. I was contacted the following week to schedule a preliminary phone screen. At the end of the phone screen, the interviewer explained the next steps in the interview process and informed me that they would like to schedule a zoom interview with me. The zoom interview was scheduled for the following afternoon and at the end of that interview, I was told the next steps in the process and was invited to take a tour of the Grapevine campus. I was offered the position at the end of the tour and accepted. I really appreciate the transparency Paycom provided throughout the interview process. I was never left wondering what the next steps would be or if I made a good impression with the interviewer. They do ask some tough questions, so prepare to reflect on your previous work experience and think of situations where you exemplified the traits/skills they are looking for.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Paycom (Oklahoma City, OK) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview doesn’t take long at all. I really enjoyed getting to know everyone. It’s very professional and easy at the same time. The paycom building is beautiful but almost too barren. It made me nervous
