Paycom Outside B2B Sales Representative interview questions

Though difficult, Paycom’s interview process was great! Every interview was well organized and thanks to my recruiter, I was always prepared for the next step. You begin by speaking with a recruiter a few times before being moved to the next step in the process; webcam interview with your area manager. After being approved to move forward from this interview, you are interviewed via webcam with a regional sales manager. If the decision to move you forward in the process is made, you are sent to interview in-person where you begin the morning by meeting the team. I received great support and advice from the office, which helped my confidence in the final step. You are given an opportunity to set up a minimum of three appointments by cold calling. I was then offered the position! Overall amazing experience and I felt supported in a collaboratively competitive environment. Very excited for this opportunity!
