Paycom QA Specialist interview questions

There was one on-campus interview with two interviewers where I was asked around 10 behavioral questions. A week later, I received a call to schedule a second interview on-site at Paycom HQ. This interview was with two interviewers. There were a few more behavioral questions to clarify unanswered questions from the initial interview and then there was a "practice" portion. Essentially, this is your chance to demonstrate your ability to troubleshoot a web page to identify mistakes on it. This was a great introduction into the type of work that is done in QA at Paycom!

I was called by a recruiter about the QA position on a Thursday. She asked if I was interested in the position and when I said yes scheduled a phone interview for the following day. My phone interview was with a recruiter for that department and lasted about 30 minutes. In the end she asked if I was interested in the position still and when I said yes she scheduled an in-person interview for the next morning. For that interview I met with two supervisors in the department and they asked me a series of questions and seem to want to learn about my personality as much as my experience. They asked that I emailed the recruiter back after the interview with feedback and let her know if I was still interested in the position. I emailed her feedback and let her know I was still interested, so she scheduled an interview with the department manager for the following week. They asked me more questions in that interview, and again seem to be wanting to get to know my personality as well as my abilities. The recruiter again asked for feedback and told me I would have an offer or decline within 24 hours. The next morning they called me with an offer!
