I applied online, took the personality test, and about 1.5 months later, the manager called me and we scheduled an appointment the next day. The guy was very friendly so it was not intimidating. However, I think it'd be a good idea to familiarize yourself with payless shoes interview questions. I guess a tip is to seem friendly and find common interests. In my case, we both owned iPhones. He gave me a tip to refer to school and previous work to aid my interview. Then eventually we got to role playing, I sold him a pair, then I suggested him buying 1 more pair for 1/2 off. When it came to questions, I asked him how long it would take for him to get back to me. He said about a week, Wednesday in particular because he has interviews lined up; and he said I had a good chance. I also asked if they had benefits for part-time workers; which they do (but pricey apparently).
