I was a walk-in applicant, dropped off my resume and got a call about a week later asking to set up an interview. We had a one on one interview and considering that this was my first interview it went very well and the questions were very easy to answer. She also had me doing a little role play where I had to sell her a shoe. And then I completed a survey on the computer.
