I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Payless ShoeSource (Nanuet, NY) in May 2018
Interview
I didn't even have the interview. Someone called last week, could barely understand what he was saying. Booked me for an interview the week after. I go to show up, the girl at the register gave me a horrified look when I said i was there for an interview. 5 minutes later, a manager comes out to ask me who I was. I gave my name and he asked if he booked me for "yestoday." So I said, you booked me for today at 2pm. He went in the back and told me to wait. Then I saw him walking all over the back of the store with someone else. I gave it 5 minutes. Then another 5 and eventually walked out. Terrible process.
