When i first walked into the store i was greeted and asked if i needed any help and were very nice so my first impression was an A+. I talked to the Assistant Manager for a few minutes and basically had my first informal interview then and there, after doing the online application i called at least once a day and stopped by the store every other day and then about a week or so later I had a formal interview with the Assistant Manager. I wore nice slacks with a nice long sleeve dress shirt, wearing a collared t-shirt is basically asking them not to take you seriously. Be presentable, have confidence, and make sure everything you say is a complete thought and not just rambling. Make sure that you are prepared for the questions that you are about to be asked and have the right answer so you dont sit there and think and go "ummm". After that interview came the interview a week later with the store manager. I was definatley not prepared for what happened. Same attire, make a good impression, smile, say hello to everyone on duty, be friendly. Everything was going great, until he told me that we were going to be doing some role playing and at that time i was not as outgoing as i am now so make sure to practice rolepaying different scenarios before your interview. I ended up doing great and got the job :) the proccess was a bit lengthy but was worth it in the end. Took about three weeks from first interview to start due to the fact that my drug test results took so long to get in
