I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Payless ShoeSource
Interview
I called, asked about the status of my application, and after a few basic questions she asked me to come in for an interview around a week later. Came in, got there a little early, and she asked me very standard questions. Honestly most of the interview was more of a conversation based off of the questions that she let me ask. Then she asked me to mock sell her something. At the end she said I did great and wanted to set up a second interview that still has not happened yet.
