Interview
The interview process for my job was pretty standard for a retail position. I was called in for an interview a couple days after submitting my application online (the manager was looking for it as I had gone in to the store and met her the day before I submitted it). At the end of the interview, the manager told me she wanted to hire me and scheduled a second interview with another store's manager. I thought this was odd, but I've been told that it common. The second interview was very easy and quick - the lady simply read seven questions off of a sheet of paper and gave me check marks after each. The offer came about 2 days after that
