I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Payless ShoeSource (Grand Rapids, MI) in Jan 2013
Interview
Replied to an ad on Craigslist and got called in for an interview. Met with a store manager and she almost hired me on the spot but said Payless usually does two interviews. I had another interview with a different store manager at another store location and it didn't go as well as the first. She didn't seem to like me or something. I never got a call back.

Standard interview for a retail job. I interviewed twice - once with the assistant manager and once with the manager. Was called and let know that I got the job and scheduled drug test.
