I applied online and it seemed as though every store in the area called and then an interview was made for about a week later where it was a casual sit down in a food court that lasted about 20 minutes or less and then about 2 weeks went by without hearing anything then I interviewed over the phone with the upper management for about 10 minutes and then another week and a 1/2 before getting the job offer but the start date wasn't given to me for about another week.
