Interview
I filled out an application online. I got a call 3 days later for an interview. I went in, and interviewed with the manager. It didn't last long. She asked what does Payless mean to me and she asked situational questions like when was a time I worked as a team and what was the outcome. She told me I would get a call for a second interview in a week. I recieved a call the next day from a manager at a different store. I went in the next day and all I did was role-play. And he asked me my availabily and what not. Took about 10 minutes. He told me that they had to talk to their regional manager and I would find out in a week. Haven't from anyone yet.
