Payless ShoeSource Parttime Sales interview questions

The ladies that interviewed me were really friendly. They asked me basic questions about job history,strengths on a team, a time where I made a mistake / how did I fix it,and a time where I helped a customer make a decision. They are all read from this paper in robotic questions each time from 2 managers. Which they asked me to mix up my answers each time and they had me sell shoes and attach other shoes, make up, socks or whatever to raise dpt.
