The process began with a phone screening with a recruiter. At that time, I was set up with another call with a manager to speak about the position, where I was able to ask any questions about the position and the company that I had. After this, I was contacted again by the recruiter to schedule an in-person interview. I met with 4 members of the management team, who were all very welcoming. It was a laid back, informal interview process, where they asked questions such as my favorite outdoor activities, travel, in addition to questions about my previous work place and experience. They made you feel at ease.
