Recruiter reached out to schedule an interview with me, but a minute later I received an auto-rejection email. I went ahead and scheduled the interview, but followed up to confirm my candidate status. No reply, and they never showed up to the scheduled interview either. Dumb experience. You don't really know what you are going to be asked or what the agenda is really. They could have communicated what the goals were for each interview and what they were trying to get out of me. Otherwise pretty standard interview.
