Seems like a great company to work for. However, I was ghosted by the recruiter which is a blessing in disguise. Companies that don’t follow up with their candidates don’t care about the time spent preparing for the interviews. They care about finding a fit for them and if they deem you invaluable to them, they ghost you.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Paylocity (Rochester, NY) in Apr 2026
Interview
Very organized and the recruiters were very helpful in preparing for the interviews in person or via zoom depending on the job title. Very friendly atmosphere and welcoming nature of the team leads but I was somehow not selected. I am sure the competition is strong.
