It had three steps. First round was HR over the phone. Asked general questions, roles handled, salary expectations etc. Next a technical phone-in interview . Purely based on the skillsets I mentioned in the resume. Next round was in-person: again technical questions. Interview was scheduled to have a panel of three. But only one interviewer showed up
