The interview process and feedback was rather hilarious. During the main technical interview, one of the interviewers was actually sarcastic about how I have worked with much bigger brands and I have had held much bigger roles then why such a small housing organisation which I justified with my answer. But it was very evident that I was way over qualified for the job role which they could have transparently mentioned. Instead the feedback I received was absolutely trashy. All the technical skills I spoke about, business examples I quoted, it was mentioned in my feedback that I lack all of this, hilarious. I would suggest them to be but more professional in their interview process and importantly, be honest instead of quoting bunch of lies in feedback.
