Spoke with a recruiter who claimed he was "already doing the job" and wanted to find out how to "better do his job"! After our conversation, I pointed out maybe they just need a consultant to help them. This seems to have been a case of free consulting. If this is the candidate experience now, the company culture can't be much better!
