The interview process was very unstructured. The job description was unclear and they kept asking me to define it for them. I interviewed all the partners and they all communicated different expectations about the role. I was asked to setup follow on interviews, then the meetings disappeared from my calendar. One of their assistants at the last minute wrote that the GP was running late and they'll reschedule, and then ghosted.
