Interview
Multi-step interview consisting of a digital interview and online digital assessment. Follow up/in person interview with hiring manager and director, Offer received and accepted within a few days of interview. Good benefits package, but below average salaries.
It was a nice interview. Basic QA questions followed by queries from the resume. What is Testing? Why Pearson? What experience do you have till now? How do you approach to any problem?

Brief yet professional, although the questions asked verged towards strange towards the very end, asked a sequence problem that seemed to have nothing to do with the position. Very friendly people.
