Cordial, laid back, but still professional. Not high stakes, so it was very easy to interact with the interviewers and relax a bit more with my answers compared to other interviews.

After filling out the application, I received an email to schedule a phone interview, and I was able to schedule quickly. The phone interviewer was extremely friendly and put me at ease. I was asked several questions about my experience, including any experience taking a test through Pearson.

Had a telephone call from the manager. She asked me a few questions. It was more about how I deal with customers. After a couple of days I received an email and got the job offer.

The HR was very kind. I suffered from bad signals when I received the interview call, but he repeated patiently, and he kindly gave me the second round of interview.
