I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Pearson (Benton, AR) in May 2015
Interview
Interview was easy and simple process manager wanted to make sure of my knowledge with automotive skills and customer service skills. This was a one on one situation with me and the manager. After that is an all day training session where you feel like you are being indoctrinated into some sort of cult memorizing the pledge and oath. A lot of BS for a $9.00 an hour job that you will not have any real support after that one day of training.
