I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Pearson (Boston, MA) in Apr 2015
Interview
Got the call from HR two weeks after applied. She barely asked me anything, just like "how is your job searching?""Are you still available". Then she told me to be onsite the next week. The onsite interview lasted 30 minutes, two managers asked me about some basic Java, SQL questions. The whole process was smooth and comfortable.
Spoke with the recruiter first. Then, got an invite for an online coding round. Following that I went through 2 rounds of technical interviews, and finally spoke with the hiring manager (final round).

Interview
There were 3 rounds in total, all rounds went really well, the Interviewers were really good and kind. However, after going through the complete process they rejected me in the end, and after several outreach emails to request a feedback I did not receive any feedback nor any response. Basically after investing ~ 1-2 months I was ghosted. Truly disappointed on the company.
