Pearson Senior Marketing Manager interview questions

Applied for a Senior Marketing position for their app Mondly. Had a screening interview with HR, a home assignment that included: a competitors research, development of customer personas, outline the Google Ads strategy for the soft launch in 4 new countries, develop the strategy for paid acquisition in Pinterest. Then present the assignment to the Head of Marketing. After a week I was notified they had chosen me, but they were pausing all new hires for the coming months. I never heard back from them.
