I had 3 interviews one with the manager of The bench, one with HR and one with the head of the PBC restaurants.
The first one was very intensely focused on hospitality and food/ wine knowledge as well as personality fit. The others were standard.

Very quick. H. R interview, manager interview, background check drug tesft followed by orientation. Every thing is structured and normal. Great place to work. Great company with old roots.
