There was a phone interview with the recruiter, then a panel interview with the hiring managers and HR asking general questions about your background, research assignment and presentation, and then cultural interview with employees not apart of the hiring process.

Had a basic telephone screening. Everything went well and was told I would hear something back either way the following week, but heard nothing. Attempted to follow up numerous times and could not reach anyone. Unprofessional.
