Interview
Phone screening was very prompt after submitting application. The recruiter was incredibly nice and had a very organized, informative flow to her screening process.
The second interview (in person) was not a very positive experience. The interviewer was scattered all over the place. Jumping from one place to the other. Very disorganized. Almost felt as if I was the first person he ever interviewed. The part of the interview that really left me underwhelmed was the fact that he made zero eye contact in the whole hour I was with him. He was on his laptop the entire time multi-tasking while I was talking. Doubt he listened to much of what I had to say. Although he was nice, I just felt it was rude and unprofessional to not give undivided attention to a potential employee.
Besides that, I was greeted warmly by a few Peek employees that passed by. I am sure they have a good culture and that it is a fun company to work for.
My recommendation is to have a more organized interview process and to make the experience more personable and less sterile.

Interview
Lengthy interview process. Good questions asked. 4-5 interviews. Have to do a presentation based on a sales example they provide. Initial is with a recruiter, then sales manager, a following with manager for the presentation, and final with the head of sales.
The interview process was done via the topgrading interview process. It started out as a phone interview and then moved into an in office interview. They would then ask for references they could contact.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Peek (Sandy, UT) in Feb 2019
Interview
Interviewed with one of the senior managers. He would ask me a question then start looking at his computer. At first it seemed like he was taking notes but then would ask me to repeat what I said. He did not care at all what I had to say. After the interview I sent thank you email and message through linked in. Didn't hear back from him or the recruiter that reached out to me. Followed up after a week... No response. Followed up after a month... No response. Terrible experience.
