I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Peek in Jan 2019
Interview
Phone screen, sales manager, pitching the product, VP of sales, and then CEO call. During this time they check references from your three most recent managers.
To be honest, Peek seems like a legit company but my experience interviewing was subpar. I made it all the way to the CEO interview and they never contacted me after that. Really kind of sad.
The CEO was combative from the start in our interview and seemed to attack my experience, rather than understanding where I’ve been and what I’ve accomplished. So, that was somewhat strange.
Anyway, great company, weird interview cycle.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Peek (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2017
Interview
I met in person with the sales manager at the office, After a call back the next steps was a 1 on 1 with the CEO/ Founder. After a few days I was contacted by the sales manage, They told me to look for and email offer. I was asked to come into the office with the offer letter singed and to set a schedule.
