Interview
Series of 4 interviews. First with the recruiter-Phone call with general interview questions. Initial screening.
Second with the hiring manager-It seemed if you made it past this one, you were pretty good to go. In-person with more in-depth interview questions. After this, I was asked for references.
Third with the VP of Operations-Pretty brief, in-person, asked basic interview questions.
Fourth with one of the Co-founders-I spoke with the CEO on the phone and had an unusual experience. She asked more about my schooling, extracurriculars, GPA, and then some basic interview questions. She was very short with me and seemed unimpressed. After this call, I felt very unsure about whether or not I would get the position, but the next day I got an offer letter.

Interview
A Recruiter reach out and then a I had a phone screen with a manager. The phone interview went really well. After the phone screen, they moved me to an in person interview. Most of interview involved a different manager demeaning me being in the military. He definitely had a negative military/Veteran bias. I had never been insulted for serving my country, in an interview. before. The manger that interviewed me was very unprofessional, every one else seemed to be very nice. They sent me a generic rejection email a week and a half later on a Saturday. The interview questions where very generic and common. They where quick to follow up on the next steps, except for the rejection email. The standard why you and what would your previous manager say about you.
