The interview was rescheduled three times as the person who was supposed to do the interview was unavailable, so they had someone from people ops conduct the interview. She was nice, but brand new to the company, so she didn't know much about it, which limited the scope of the interview. Asked me what my compensation expectation was and when I told her, she said she forgot if my number lined up with what they were looking for. Overall, very haphazard and unprofessional.
