I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Peek (New York, NY) in Dec 2021
Interview
I simply just want HR to know that if part of the recruiting practice is to ask interviewees the question cited below, it should be a practice that ceases to exist.
I thought it was common sense for a job search to be confidential. Especially from your current employer, but that is not in the eyes of Peek. I was very taken aback by that question and made me question if I wanted to extend my sales/business acumen to them. My girlfriend who works on the executive management team of a Global Insurance Brokerage in HR cringed when I told her what was asked of me. Never have I been asked that before, and my guess is never will I be asked that again, but be warned this company might jeopardize your current employment by them wanting to vet you for their potential opportunity for you.
They string you along for months with multiple interviews, asks for references along with introductions to your references to “expedite” the process only for you to follow up two weeks later to hear they chose someone else. Waste of time.
Received an initial email from "Peek Talent" without an actual name of a recruiter, which I thought was bizarre. Then had an initial video interview with the hiring manager. Automatic rejection a few days later, with zero feedback. Such a bizarre company...

Describe your sales process? What's a challenge you've faced?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Peek (Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi) in Dec 2021
Interview
They were super friendly and easy to talk to. Made me feel excited about the possibility of working there. Although it didn't align with my needs at the time, I am definitely keeping Peek in mind for the future
