The interview process was 3 rounds, a coding challenge, and submission of references.
The first interview was a screening with the recruiter to get an idea of salary expectations and see if the role is a good fit.
The second round was with the engineering hiring manager, mainly to learn about the role and go over your resume/experience.
After that they invited me to do a take home coding challenge. The challenge they gave me was specific to front end and I had to create a booking app with CRUD features. Since this was a junior role, they only required me to do create and read. Overall it was a pretty baseline coding challenge and the requirements changed based on the level you were applying for.
I thought the coding challenge readme also provided plenty of information and any questions you had were answered quickly by the hiring manager.
The third round was a code review with 2 senior devs going over your coding challenge submission. I thought this was great because you get to interact with potential seniors you would be working with and get an idea of the types of engineers the company hires. Overall, they were both very kind and easy to talk to. They also provided great feedback.
Then I was asked to provide 3 references. I provided 1 coworker and 2 managers I worked with in the past.
Overall had a great time interviewing and the process was relatively quick. It probably took about 3 weeks.
