Never given a chance to move past the headhunter phase despite extension sales experience. Very disappointed and was excited to learn more about the position. Recruiter interview went well and it sounded like they were in an immediate need of a sales manager.

Relevant experience, professional background in sales?
They called my current boss and told him I was interviewing at other companies. Super unprofessional. Also the recruiter was throwing out $140k a year compensation plans. Interview said comp plan is, "eat what you kill" mentality.
