I just finished the online assessments for Pen Air. The first one they send you if they like your resume is an hour long and it's plays out like what a day at work would look like. You try to sell products or help find the best fit for something a person needs like car loan or whatever. The answer you choose determines how the rest of the scene plays out. If you do well on it they will send you another 2 assessments. The first one is short and multiple choice personality questions. The second part is over an hour long and what I considered hard for just a teller job. There were a ton of math questions. Then a ton of define this word questions. Then analogy questions like "this is to this as this is to this" then a ton of word math problems. I felt like I was taking a college entrance exam. I'm pretty sure my college entrance exam was more simple though.
