I applied online. I interviewed at Pendo in Mar 2021
Interview
Simply put they completely ignore emails and will ghost you if you are not a good fit for them. Generally, the process went seemingly well. Had several calls and video chats with them. However, literally, nobody responds to email. Nobody. Zero communication on whether you have moved onto the next round or if there was any feedback on why you were not chosen. Overall, I would say the experience was misleading and unprofessional.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pendo (Raleigh, NC) in May 2021
Interview
1) Portfolio Review by Hiring Manager
2) 1:1 conversation with Hiring Manager
3) 1 hr portfolio presentation to panel
4) 2 Interviews containing 2 design team members
5) 1:1 Interview with Design Officer
It took over a week to get a decision. Communication with recruiter was poor.
*Note that you will need a 3.5 hour chunk of time for your final interview.
