As stated in other reviews, pretty straight forward process with some technical agility and culture compatibility tests. I had a very pleasurable experience with the Pendo recruiting team. They were very communicative and kept me up to date over the entire month of recruiting. The folks I had a chance to interview with were courteous, respectful, and kind. The technical interviews were also done with great care and assistance. I was ultimately denied a position at Pendo but am grateful they were so kind to me. My only advice to them would be to provide detailed feedback to each applicant so each of us can learn how to improve on future interviews. (i.e. everybody probably gets the same generic denial response) I highly recommend trying to join this company as it's going to be a true winner!
