I’ve applied for a Sales engineer position and got an immediate rejection mail, without any explanation or feedback. As I had several Linkedin contacts in Pendo - I tried asking for help in order to get some additional feedback and my contact, after talking to HR provided me with this answer: “ I checked with Recruiting and it turns out we are not set up to support a green card hire, which is why the application was rejected”. There was no mention in the Job description that being a US citizen is a requirement for this position. It seems Pendo HR department is not aware about Anti-discrimination laws in NC. I have been working in US for years, being a Greencard holder, but something like this has never happened to me.

Very disjointed - was just a series of 1-1's with people from various departments. Little in the way of formal evaluation process (no presentation or technical assignment) - really unclear as to what they were looking for from candidates.
